Jordana Gilden has over 15 years of experience providing legal and compliance advice to consumer financial services companies around the country as inhouse and outside counsel. She is routinely called upon to act as outside general counsel for de novo and growing finance companies as well as to provide counsel for large mature financial organizations. BIO

Jordana has represented mortgage brokers and lenders, commercial lenders, mortgage and commercial loan servicers, debt collection companies, banks and other financial institutions, appraisal management companies, and title, escrow and FinTech companies. Jordana has also advised financial services clients with developing, sequencing and executing multiple nationwide licensing projects, many of which have been managed through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). She also has deep corporate legal expertise working with Secretaries of State and similar state and local authorities regarding entity formation, foreign qualifications and fictitious business and trade names. Jordana has worked with licensing regulators nationwide on a variety of client issues, including pre-licensure negotiations, post-licensure concerns and resolving perceived client deficiencies. Further, she has experience overseeing and advising clients on complaints submitted through the CFPB or received directly from a state regulator. Jordana also works with small businesses from a variety of industries ranging from social media and brand consultants to special events management and youth sports and fitness providers.  Jordana started her legal career at a law firm in 2005 and is well known for providing pragmatic and efficient legal services.
